Ingredients

• 4 cups flour
• 1/4 cup cake flour
• 4 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 10 oz. butter OR margarine
• 2 cups Sugar
• 8 MASHED bananas
• 1/2 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped.

Procedures

1. Sift the ingredients
2. Blend in 4 eggs lightly beaten.
3. Fold the dry ingredients above alternately with bananas and peanuts
