Banana Passover Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs separated
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup bananas, mashed
• ¾ cup cake meal
• ¼ cup potato flour
• ½ cup nuts, chopped fine

Procedures

1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
2. Mix sugar and yolks until thick and creamy.
3. Add other ingredients.
