Banana Mango Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 tsp. double acting baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 4 bananas)
- 1 cup ripe mango, finely diced (approx. 1 to 2 mangos)
- 1 tbsp. citrus juice
Procedures
Preheat oven to 350'F. butter loaf pan. Combine flour and other dry ingredients. cream together butter and Sugar, adding vanilla and eggs. Mix well and gradually fold in flour mixture. Drizzle mango with citrus juice and add with bananas to bread mixture. After thoroughly combining, pour into pan and place in oven for approx. 1 hour
