Description

  • Makes about ¾ cup or 12 servings (1 tbsp each).

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. In a jar, combine the mustard, vinegar, water, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic.
  2. Shake well to combine.
  3. Add oils and shake again.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill before serving.
