Baked Kidney Beans
Description
From my Aunt Barb’s collection. Date and source unknown. I don’t like kidney beans, but my family does, so this is a regular. They love it.
Ingredients
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 large white onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1-1/4-cups Sugar
- 1-cup Catsup
- 3 slices Bacon, diced
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
