Baked-on Decorator's Frosting

Ingredients

• ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
• ⅓ cup butter or margarine, softened
• 1½ tsp hot water
• 2 drop food coloring, if desired

Procedures

1. Mix flour and butter until smooth.
2. Stir in hot water and, if desired, 2 – 3 drops food color.
3. Place in decorator's tube with no.3 writing tip.
4. Outline, write or make designs on unbaked rolled cookies.
5. Bake cookies as directed in recipes.
6. Enough for 2 – 3 dozen cookies.
7. Enjoy.
