Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and California Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Bacon, slice
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Thousand Island dressing
- 24 slices whole Wheat bread (can be toasted)
- 12 leaves lettuce
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 4 California avocados, seeded, peeled and sliced
Procedures
Fry Bacon until crisp, drain and set aside.
In small bowl, combine Mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with Mayonnaise mixture.
On bottom slice of bread, layer lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 2 Bacon strips and 4 avocado slices.
Top with second slice of bread.
