Baby Shrimp Tarragon Mustard Dip

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1½ teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• ¾ cup baby shrimp
• ½ cup sour cream

Procedures

1. Mix mustard, lemon juice, vinegar and tarragon then blend in the mayonnaise.
2. Add shrimp and sour cream and blend well.
3. Cover and chill.
