Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado per person
- shelled shrimps
- Tuna fish (tinned)
- cold salmon flaked
- mixed vegetable salad diced
Procedures
- Wash and cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone.
- Blend selected filling with sufficient salad cream.
- Fill centre of avocado and decorate with paprika pepper.
