Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 kg Chicken pieces
• 1 pkt french Onion soup
• 425 ml apricot nectar

Procedures

1. Place Chicken in shallow casserole.
2. Mix apricot nectar and soup mix together. pour over Chicken.
3. Cover, bake 180*C for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
4. Serve with boiled rice.
