Appleton Bird

Description

A rum drink. Contributed by The Bartending School

Ingredients

• 1½ oz Appleton Special Jamaica rum
• ¼ oz Tía Maria
• ½ oz crème de banane
• 4 oz orange juice

Procedures

1. Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
3. Garnish with a cherry or orange wedge.
