Almond Brickle Sugar Cookies

- 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c unsalted butter; Softened
- 1 lg egg
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts vanilla
- 6 oz almond Brickle Bits
Preheat Oven to 350f. in Large Mixer Bowl Combine All Ingredients ExceptAlmond Brickle Bits. Beat at Medium Speed, Scraping Bowl Often, Until WellMixed (2 to 3 Minutes). Stir in almond Brickle Bits. Shape RoundedTeaspoonsfuls of Dough Into 1-Inch Balls, Place 2 Inches Apart on GreasedCookie Sheets. Flatten to 1/4-Inch Thickness With Bottom of Glass Dipped InSugar. Bake For 8 to 11 Minutes, or Until Edges Are Very Lightly Browned.
