- chicken stock½ gallon
- beef stock½ gallon
- Worcestershire sauce1 ounce
- tomatoes1 cupdiced
- onion1 largediced
- celery1 stalkdiced
- green bell pepper1 smalldiced

- peas¼ cup
- okra½ cup
- lima beans¼ cup
- yellow corn½ cup
