Cabbage Slaw with Dill

- head red cabbage1 smallthinly sliced
- head green cabbage1 smallthinly sliced
- scallions6 unitthinly sliced
- sour cream½ cup
- mayonnaise¼ cup
- clove garlic1 smallminced or pressed
- dried dill weed1 tsp
- lemon juice1 tbsp
- white wine vinegar1 tbsp
- salt½ tsp
- sugar¼ tsp
- white pepper⅛ tsp
- salad oil¼ cup
- chopped parsley1 unitfor garnish
Method

In large bowl, combine cabbages and scallions.

In med bow, mix until smooth, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.

Using whisk or fork, gradually beat in oil until well combined.

Mix dressing lightly with cabbage mixture.

Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hr to blend flavors.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
