- bananas peeled and sliced1 unit
- blueberries1 unit
- pineapple1 unitcut into bite size pieces
- blackberries1 unit
- raspberries1 unit
- mango1 unitpeeled and cubed
- strawberries1 unitstems removed and berries halved
- kiwi1 unitpeeled, sliced
- oranges1 unitpeeled and cut into bite sizes
- fresh lime juice1/3 cup
- honey1 1/2 tbsp
- ground ginger or minced fresh ginger3/4 tsp

Combine fruits in large serving bowl.

Make dressing by combining the lime juice, honey and ginger.
