Ingredients
- (12 oz.) can albacore tuna (water pack)1 unitdrained
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper1 unitto taste
- Dijon mustard2 tsp
- tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice2 unit
- grated lemon zest2 tsp
- tbs extra-virgin olive oil6 unit
- fresh basil1/4 cup
- tbs fresh rosemary2 unitfinely chopped
- fresh oregano1/4 cup
- flat-leaf parsley1/4 cup
- fresh marjoram1/4 cup
- Hot sauce1 unitto taste
- tbs Worcestershire sauce1 unit
- crumbled feta cheese1/2 cup
Method

Combine juice, zest, mustard, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly stream in olive oil while whisking continuously until oil has been integrated. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Combine remaining ingredients except for cheese. Add dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with feta before serving.
