- (15-ounce) can red kidney beans1 unitrinsed and drained
- (12-ounce) can black beans1 unitrinsed and drained
- (8¾-ounce) can whole kernel corn1 unitdrained
- (14½-ounce) can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic1 unitundrained
- fat-free Italian salad dressing½ cup
- Italian seasoning2 teaspoons
