Ingredients
- (120g) of diced onion1/2 cup
- (120g) of chopped celery1/2 cup
- (240g) of shredded carrot1 cup
- (120g) cup of cubed tomato1/2 unit
- chopped green beans4-6 unit
- chopped yellow beans4-6 unit
- green pepper1 unit
- chopped walnuts3 unit
- of fresh parsley1 tablespoon
- of pepper1 teaspoon
- of paprika1 teaspoon
- of chives1/2 teaspoon
- of salt1/2 teaspoon
Method

Cut the green pepper into long thin strips.

Toss vegetables together in a large bowl.

Using a mortar grind the spices together, sprinkle over salad.

Sprinkle walnut chunks over salad.
