• natural peanut butter
  1 to 1½ cup
• rice

  cooked according to directions

• side dishes suggested:

• chopped tomatoes

• chopped onions

• chopped pineapple
  1 unit
• orange slices
  1 unit
• chopped papaya
  1 unit
• grated coconut
  1 unit
• chopped bananas (add lemon or orange juice to prevent darkening)
