Ingredients
- green bell peppers4 unit
- of water1 cup
- half a cube of dried broth1 unit
- of rice1 cup
- tomatoes1 cuppureed
- salt1 unitpepper, paprika
- bundle parsley1 unit
- (150 g) of shredded cheese5 ounces
- onion1 unit
- (garlic - optional)1 unit
- (black olives - optional)1 unit
Method

Cook the rice.

Cut onion into small cubes and fry in olive oil until brown.

Add water, tomato juice, parsley, soup cube, cheese, garlic, black olives and rice. Spice to taste.

Fill into the peppers. Cook for 30 minutes. Rest as above.
