Garden Bulgur
I made this for a pot luck and was asked to share the recipe.

Ingredients
- T. margarine2 unit
- c. celery1/2 unitchopped
- onion1 mediumchopped (I usually use a little less)
- c. fresh mushrooms1 unitsliced
- c. bulgur or cracked wheat1 unit
- dried dillweed1/4 tsp
- dried whole oregano1/4 tsp
- salt (optional)1/2 tsp
- pepper1/4 tsp
- c. chicken or vegetable broth2 unit
Method

Melt margarine in a large skillet; add celery, onion and mushrooms. Stir until vegetables are tender

Add bulgur and cook until golden

Add seasonings and broth, cover and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
