Ingredients
- extra-firm tofu½ lb
- [cloves garlic2 unitminced
- vegetable oil2 tbsp
- coconut milk (I try to get frozen1 canor make fresh if I am ambitious)
- vegetable stock (or water)1½ cups
- kaffir lime leaves1 unitto taste <ref>This is a tough one since it can come packaged in a number of ways. I typically get dried in which case I let 2 to 3 tbsp soak in water before using.<br>
- light soy sauce1 tbsp
- galanga (kah)1 oz
- Thai or serrano chiles1 to 3 unitto taste (I like 4!)
