- cod fillets5-3 ounce
- coconut milk1/2 cup
- reduced sodium Soy sauce1 Tbsp
- Sesame oil1 Tbsp
- crushed red pepper flakes1 Tbsp
- ginger1 Tbspchopped
- black pepper1 Tbsp
- chopped mint1 Tbsp
- coconut flakes1 Tbsplightly toasted

In Bowl, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper flakes, ginger, and pepper.

Marinate fillets for 15 minutes.
