Ingredients

  • sized waxy potatoes
    peeled or not peeled,
    10 medium
  • margarine
    6 Tbsp
  • flour
    1/2 cup
  • chicken soup broth
    4 cups
  • mayonnaise
    1/2 cup
  • onions chopped
    2 large
  • salt and pepper
    1 unit
  • Paprika
    1 unit

Method

Thinly slice the potatoes

In a saucepan melt 6 Tbsp margarine

add the flour, chicken soup broth, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and onion. Simmer till thickened.

In a pan, layer potatoes slices and the sauce (like a lasagna) top with paprika.

Bake in an over for 1.5 hour uncovered
