Ingredients
- colossal peeled deveined shrimp1 pound
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice1 unit
- tbs Sriracha2 unit
- cornmeal1 cup
- flour1 cup
- frozen orange juice concentrate1/2 cup
- hoisin sauce1/4 cup
- honey2 tsp
- tbs soy sauce2 unit
- tbs Sriracha1 unit
- tbs unsalted butter5 unitcut into small cubes
- minced garlic1 tsp
- tbs grated ginger1 unit
- peanut oil2 1/2 quarts
Method

Dredge shrimp into flour then dip into cornmeal. Set aside 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a deep-fryer or a pot to 375 degrees. Add shrimp and fry until golden brown. Drain on a wire rack.

Meanwhile, heat remaining ingredients in a large saucepan over medium high heat to boiling. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
