  • pasturized lump crab meat
    2 cups
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 cup
  • extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup
  • tbs cayenne pepper
    1 unit
  • arugula lettuce
    1 cup
  • tbs flat-leaf parsley
    2 unit
  • fresh dill
    10 sprigs

Method

Pureé lemon, oil, pepper, and herbs in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add crab and arugula and toss to coat. Chill, if desired, before serving.
