Ingredients

  • tofu (6 oz) - Silky or soft preferred
    1 unit
  • olive oil (3 tablespoons)
    1 unit

Method

Drain the tofu and blend in a food processor/blender until smooth.

Add the oil slowly to the blended tofu while the blender is still running. This emulsifies the mixture.

Add additional spices, salt, black pepper to taste.
