Ingredients
- (235 mL) mayonnaise1 cup
- (60 mL) cup mild salsa1/4 cupthe salsa must have green chili peppers
- (60 mL) ketchup1/4 cup
- (15 mL) lemon juice1 tablespoon
- (7 mL) worcestershire sauce1 1/2 teaspoon
- Hot sauce (e.g.1 unitTabasco, Crystal), to taste
Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process till smooth. The goal is to have a pink smooth sauce with little green flecks.

Pour the sauce into a bowl and chill covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to use.
