- Chicken breast (Or Tofu if vegetarian)1 unit
- Peanut Oil (must be peanut oil!)1 unit
- Paprika2 tsp
- Lime juice5 tbsp
- water5 tbsp
- Sriracha Paste (If you're a puss use 5)6-7 tablespoons
- fish sauce (3-4 tablespoons light soy for vegetarians)5 tablespoons
- Thai noodles (called Banh Pho)1 unit
- Brown sugar (if you want sweet or really sweet use more to taste.)14 tbsp
- Scallions (green onions)2/3 cup
- White Onions1/3 cup
- Salted Peanuts1/3 cup
- unsalted Peanuts1/2 cup
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit
- Milk1 unit
- Bean Sprouts1 unit
