Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (Or Tofu if vegetarian)

  • Peanut Oil (must be peanut oil!)
    1 unit
  • Paprika
    2 tsp
  • Lime juice
    5 tbsp
  • water
    5 tbsp
  • Sriracha Paste (If you're a puss use 5)
    6-7 tablespoons
  • fish sauce (3-4 tablespoons light soy for vegetarians)
    5 tablespoons
  • Thai noodles (called Banh Pho)

  • Brown sugar (if you want sweet or really sweet use more to taste.)

  • Scallions (green onions)

  • White Onions
    1/3 cup
  • Salted Peanuts
    1/3 cup
  • unsalted Peanuts
    1/2 cup
  • Corn Starch
    1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil
