    3 whole
  • or so hard cheese (this will be grated
    about 1.5 or 2 cups by volume of Asiago, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano Reggiano, or the like)
    3 oz
  • Olive oil
    1 unit
  • Freshly ground black pepper
    1 unit
  • Kosher Salt
    1 unit
