- red chillies. Note: I am not telling you how many chillies to use. This is up to you1 Wholebut the dish is best when very spicy, so we are using about 10-12 Kashmiri chillies
- cloves8 unit
- cumin seeds1 tsp
- inches of cinnamon stick3 unit

- black peppercorns1 tsp
- white poppy seeds4 tsp
