- ground allspice1/2 tsp
- salt1 tsp
- black pepper1 tsp
- cayenne pepper2 tbsp
- ground ginger1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon1 tsp
- freshly grated nutmeg1/4 tsp
- dried thyme1/2 tbsp
- dehydrated lemon peel2 tbsp
- dark rum3 tbsp
- boneless skinless chicken breasts4 unit
- brown mustard1/4 cup

Combine rum and mustard and rub all over chicken.

Combine remaining ingredients and rub all over chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.(Better if marinated over night

Place on a greased preheated charcoal grill and cook, turning constantly until internal temperature reaches 165°. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
