- Poultry shake1 unitas needed
- Cornmeal1 unitas needed
- eggs2 unitbeaten
- hoisin sauce6 tbsp
- dark soy sauce1 tbsp
- hot sauce2 tbsp
- minced garlic1/2 tbsp
- minced ginger1/2 tbsp
- Spicy garlic oil for deep frying1 unit
Method

Coat chicken with egg. Season chicken liberally with Shake.

Dredge chicken in cornmeal. Fry at 350° in batches, if needed for 12 minutes. Drain on a cooling or oven rack.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add wings and toss to coat.
