- brown sugar1/2 cup
- cornstarch1 tablespoon
- red wine vinegar1/3 cup
- soy sauce1 tablespoon
- (567 g) can of pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice20 ounce
- maraschino cherries1 unit
- cooked meat (suggested: chicken or pork)1 unit
- celery1 unit
Method

Mix the brown sugar and corn starch.

Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and most of the pineapple juice

Heat to boiling while stirring constantly

Reduce heat

Add pre-cooked meat, pineapple chunks, cherries, and celery
