Ingredients

  • brown sugar
    1/2 cup
  • cornstarch
    1 tablespoon
  • red wine vinegar
    1/3 cup
  • soy sauce
    1 tablespoon
  • (567 g) can of pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
    20 ounce
  • maraschino cherries
    1 unit
  • cooked meat (suggested: chicken or pork)
    1 unit
  • celery
    1 unit

Method

Mix the brown sugar and corn starch.

Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and most of the pineapple juice

Heat to boiling while stirring constantly

Reduce heat

Add pre-cooked meat, pineapple chunks, cherries, and celery
