Ingredients
- greased casserole dish (use whatever you like for greasing1 unitPAM or butter or margarine) I would not use shortening it gives the recipe too strong a taste and we can do without the extra fat.
- of a combination of beef1½ lbspork, and veal ground meat
- celery sticks finely chopped2 unit
- carrots chopped very small3 unit
- of tomato purée2 tablespoons
- garlic clove very finely chopped1 unit
- yellow onion medium sized very finely chopped1 unit
- salt and pepper to taste. I like to use the beef broth powder as my seasoning1 unitas it already has salt in it.
- of canola oil or vegetable oil3 tablespoons
- potatoes (+ milk and butter to mash them)6 unit
- of corn1 or 2 cans
- of peas1 or 2 cans
- paprika1 unit
