Ingredients

  • boneless pork loin roast
    1 unit
  • Barbecue Rub
    3 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp
  • cider vinegar
    2 tbsp

Method

Combine mustard and vinegar and rub all over pork.

Coat pork evenly with Barbecue Rub.

Grill on a preheated grill, turning often until internal temperature reaches 140°.

Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve.
