- boneless pork loin roast1 unit
- Barbecue Rub3 tbsp
- Dijon mustard2 tbsp
- cider vinegar2 tbsp

Combine mustard and vinegar and rub all over pork.

Coat pork evenly with Barbecue Rub.

Grill on a preheated grill, turning often until internal temperature reaches 140°.
