  • of crumbled feta cheese
    1 cup
  • garlic clove
    minced or grated
    1 unit
  • red onion
    finely diced
    ½ small
  • chili flakes
    1 tsp
  • dried oregano (or 2 tbsp fresh)
    2 tsp
  • olive oil
    ¼ cup
  • white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp
  • salt and black pepper to taste
