Ingredients

  • potatoes
    2 large
  • olive oil
    2 tablespoons
  • thyme
    ½ teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    1 unit

Method

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Wash, peel if you like, and cut potatoes into wedges longways.

Toss in large bowl with olive oil.

Sprinkle with thyme.

Place potatoes in baking pan in one layer.

Bake 15 minutes, turn, bake another 15 minutes.
