- olive oil2 tablespoons
- Montreal steak seasoning2 tablespoons
- -pound boneless pork loin roast4 to 5 unit
- red onion1 largechopped
- red wine1½ cups

Heat olive oil in 10-inch Dutch oven over campfire.

Rub seasoning on roast.

Add roast to Dutch oven, turning to brown on all sides.
