Ingredients

  • One dozen big tangerines
    1 unit
  • kilos of sugar
    2 unit
  • litres of water
    2 unit
  • limes
    6 unit

Method

Cut the tangerines into small pieces, leaving the peel, but removing the seeds.

Add the water.

Let sit until the next day.

Boil the mixture until the fruit is very soft.

Add the sugar, and leave cooking until the jelly is firm when dripped on a cold plate.
