- freshly squeezed lemon juice1/2 cup
- finely grated lemon zest2 tsp
- sugar1 cup
- heavy cream2 cupsbeaten to soft peaks
- pasteurized egg product1/4 cupor 2 pasteurized egg yolks, beaten
- of salt1 Pinch
- butter1/4 cupmelted

Combine all ingredients execpt for cream. Gently fold in cream. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve.
