- onion1 mediumfinely chopped
- olive or canola oil2 tablespoon
- lemon juice1 tablespoon
- minced fresh rosemary1 teaspoon
- minced fresh thyme1 teaspoon
- grated lemon peel1 teaspoon
- garlic clove1 unitminced
- salt½ teaspoon
- pepper½ teaspoon
- pork tenderloins (1 pound each)2 unit
Method

Combine the first nine ingredients.

Rub over tenderloins.

Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Bake uncovered at 400°F or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.

Cover with foil and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
