DH makes this and I copied his recipe as close as I can since he won't tell me what is in it. I use

  • water
    1 cup
  • steak sauce (HP or A1)
    1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon
  • soy sauce
    3 tablespoons
  • oil
    1 tablespoon
  • vinegar (white or cider)
    1 teaspoon
  • oregano
    ½ teaspoon
  • dry mustard
    1 pinch
  • onion powder
    1 teaspoon
  • – 2 clove minced garlic
    1 unit
  • fresh ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon
  • chili peppers (optional)
    1 dash
  • – 5 fresh basil leaves
    if i have them (optional)
    3 unit
