- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- soy sauce3 tablespoons
- oil1 tablespoon
- vinegar (white or cider)1 teaspoon
- oregano½ teaspoon
- dry mustard1 pinch
- onion powder1 teaspoon
- – 2 clove minced garlic1 unit
- fresh ground black pepper1 teaspoon
- chili peppers (optional)1 dash
- – 5 fresh basil leaves3 unitif i have them (optional)
