  • Organic raw almond or cashew milk - (2 oz.)

  • Organic raw cacao (I used powder & Nibs) - (1 tbsp of each)

  • Organic goji berry powder -(1 tsp)

  • Pop open 1 capsule of Reishi or Cordyceps Mushroom Extract
