Ingredients
- chicken eggs6 unit
- of water4 cups
- tbl. of Jasmine green tea3 unit
- tbl. of dark soy sauce1/4 unit
- chopped ginger1/2 tsp
- of chopped garlic1/2 tsp
Method

Bring water and spices to a boil

Drop eggs and boil for 3 minutes

Reduce to simmer and simmer for 1 hour

Reduce to low heat and allow eggs to sit in brine until served.
