- (240g) butter1 cup
- (240ml) milk1 cup
- (450g) sugar2 cups
- (650g) spelt flour3 cups
- baking powder3 teaspoons
- salt3 pinches
- eggs4 unit

Preheat oven to 175 °C (350 °F)

Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.

Beat in the eggs.

Mix in vanilla.

Gradually sift in the dry ingredients, alternating with small additions of the milk.
