Whole Wheat Batter Bread

Ingredients
- whole wheat flour5 cups
- barley flour (white can be substituted)½ cup
- soy flour½ cup
- sugar (you may mix ¼ cup of white and ¼ cup of brown)½ cup
- salt (or just 2 tsps of salt1 tbspwhich we like, since it yields a slightly sweeter-tasting bread)
- pkgs dry yeast - pour in 3½ cups of warm water and stir 200 strong strokes until blended.2 unit
