Ingredients
- slightly cooked shredded carrots1 cup
- milk2 tablespoons
- salt3/4 teaspoon
- bread flour2 cups
- flaked coconut1/2 cup
- chopped walnuts1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
- nutmeg1/2 teaspoon
- yeast1 1/2 teaspoons
- Put into bread machine in order given.1 unit
- Use white bread cycle; medium color.1 unit
- When finished remove and cool.1 unit
- Cut entire loaf into ½ inch slices.1 unit
- Spread each slice with filling mixture.1 unit
