Ingredients
- ground pork or beef (cooked1 lbdrained)
- breadcrumbs1 cup
- salt1 teaspoon
- pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons
- cold water1/2 cup
- coriander1 teaspoon
- nutmeg1/2 teaspoon
- size potatoes (Boiled3 mediummashed and cooled)
Method

Mix all of the ingredients and add:

1 tbls. chopped parsley.

1 medium size onion (diced and sautéed).

Form the pasty into approx 3-inch diameter pan

Dip into your favourite fish batter and cover all over.

Deep fry in 375F oil and remove when a golden brown.

Serve with chips (French Fries) cooked in same.
