Ingredients

  • kilo strong bread flour
    1 unit
  • dried yeast
    21 grams
  • tepid water
    650 ml
  • salt
    2 teaspoons
  • sugar.
    35 grams

Method

Preheat oven 180 degrees.

Mix all the dry ingredients together, add the water and mix well - use your hands.

Work into a large pliable ball. Cut in half.

Roll the 1st half the ball out on a floured board, to approx 1/2 inch thick - 12 - 15inches wide and as long as you can get it within those dimensions.
